Transparency Seal

National Budget Circular 542, issued by the Department of Budget and Management on August 29, 2012, reiterates compliance with Section 93 of the General Appropriations Act of FY2012. Section 93 is the Transparency Seal provision, to wit:

List of OSH Practitioners

The Certificate of Accreditation for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Practitioiner is an issuance to authorize qualified individuals to practice, enforce, carrying-out the program of elimination/reduction of hazards present in the workplaces and as established complementary mechanism on the implementation of OSH Standards in pursuant to article 162 of the Labor Code of the Philippines. Under the Department Order No. 92-08 the Accreditation of OSH Practitioner is now decentralized to Regional Offices.

List of Benificiaries under CBEP

The CBEP is among the priority programs that aim to contribute to the national goal of inclusive growth, poverty reduction and job creation, particularly in the countryside or the local community.  The program also contributes to achieving one of the Human Development and Poverty Reduction Cluster goals which is “increasing social protection and engaging communities in their own development”.
